Dog Cloud Beds Shipping Policy
Welcome to Dog Cloud Beds! We're excited to provide your furry friends with our therapeutic massage beds. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:
**1. Launch Campaign Orders**
- We're thrilled to have you join our launch campaign! If you've placed an initial deposit order, you'll receive your product within approximately two weeks around the end of May 2024.
**2. In-Stock Orders**
- From June 2024 onwards, all in-stock Dog Cloud Beds are shipped within 48 hours of your order.
**3. Free Shipping**
- We offer free shipping to the majority of the wider United States.
- However, there are a few exceptions: shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a small fee.
**4. Shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii**
- Yes, we ship to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii! A small shipping fee will be applied, which will be visible in your cart at the time of order.
**5. Shipping Timeframe**
- For U.S. orders, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3 days.
- For Canadian orders, the shipping timeframe is typically 14 days.
- For Alaskan orders, the shipping timeframe is typically 14 days.
- For Hawaiian orders, the shipping timeframe is typically 14 days.
**6. Tracking**
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
