At Dog Cloud, we believe every dog deserves the chance to experience the benefits of our proven technology. That's why our return policy is designed to be risk-free for you and your furry friend.

1. **If You Don’t See Improvement**
Use the Dog Cloud bed and provide at least 20 minutes of therapy massage per day to your dog. If you don't notice an improvement in their mood, mobility, or energy, simply contact us for free return shipping and a full refund once the product arrives back to us safely. It's totally your call.

2. **If Your Dog Doesn't Like the Massage**
If your dog doesn't take to the therapy massage, even after trying our suggested training techniques, just contact us for free return shipping and a full refund once the product arrives back to us safely.

#### Returning the Dog Cloud

**Condition of the Product**
- The internal blue technology must remain intact and unopened.
- The bed must not be chewed or damaged (reasonable wear and tear on the cover is acceptable).
- The outer cover must be washed, dried, and re-fitted on the bed.
- **Noticeable Wear and Tear**
- Dog Cloud reserves the right to charge an additional fee for a replacement cover should there be noticeable or significant signs of wear and tear beyond normal use.
- Please return your Dog Cloud with it's original packaging / box.

**60-Day Trial Period**
You have a full 60 days from the day of delivery to experience the Dog Cloud Therapy Massage System. If you need to return it, simply contact us before the 60-day mark. We might ask for some feedback, but you’ll face no resistance in returning the bed. We want to learn from your experience to help other dogs live a better quality of life.

#### Size Exchanges
Please measure your dog accurately the first time to ensure correct fit and maximum therapy delivery and comfort for your dog - and to avoid any re-stocking fee.

**Incorrect Size**
If you need a different size, you’ll incur a small re-stocking and cleaning fee, plus a one-way shipping fee for the new size. Size change requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

**Limit on Returns**
Returns are limited to once per customer unless purchasing for another dog. If you return your Dog Cloud and repurchase later, you won’t be eligible for our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

**Contact Details for Return**

Simply email support@dogcloudbeds.com with subject line "Return Dog Cloud" and we'll organise everything with you.

Once your return request is processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label (or arrange for it to be collected by courier), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package back along with it's original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
